Position : HART GP Clinical Advisor (2 Positions available)
Details : The Limestone Coast Division of General Practice is seeking expressions of interest from GPs to be GP Clinical Advisors for the HART Program. The GP Clinical Advisors wil offer clinical advice and guidance to the 2 part time HART Program Officers in the role out and implementation of this program, as well as being champions to other GPs. The HART Program aim is to encourage the community to be more active i.e. encourage walking, riding etc to work and school, being referred to as a "Life Modification" Person.
