Aim :

The overall aim is to support the State Government's mental health service reforms. This will be achieved by supporting and enhancing local level activities throughout the Division relating to shared care and allied health service delivery, incuding chronic condition self management programs for people with chronic and complex mental health problems (both for clients of mental health services and others).
